suggestionBox: ajax is buzz when component is initiated. So it leads to
suggestionBox doesn't work until submit.(Safari only)

Step 1. Navigate to page contained rich:suggestionBox.
Step 2. Input any character into component's input.
Step 3. Select any item from pop up list by key arrow.
Step 4. Press 'Enter'.
Step 5. Type comma and then any character again.
Actual behavior:
Pop up list isn't shown.
Ajax status is work until Submit of form, contained rich component.
