FireBug reports "FichFaces is not defined" after navigating from the login page

After clicking a button on the Login.jsp page I got correctly transfered to
welcomeJSP.jsp page and everything works fine.
Problem starts after I deep-refresh the page (ctrl+F5) when i loose all the
formatting and all the references to my RichFaces components.
FireBug reports "RichFaces is not defined".
The welcomeJSP.jsp page works fine when accessed directly.
