1. Go to the RichFaces page
2. Select inplaceSelect component
3. Uncheck openOnEdit attribute
4. Activate inplaceSelect (state should be Edit)
5. Click down button to expand dropdown list
FAILURE: dropdown list appears and disappear in a moment.
