fileUpload: in case allowFlash="true" - transfer error appears each time after
uploading process finished. Plus "Upload" control pressing leads to upload just
of the 1st file in list.

Step 1. Set allowFlash="true" for rich:fileUpload component.
Step 2. Navigate on the page contained fileUpload.
Step 3. Add several files into component's list by "Add" control.
Step 4. Press "Upload".
Actual behavior:
"transfer error" message apepars for the 1st file in list, for other files -
uploading process wasn't initiated.
