IE javascript error - a4j:include, rich:modalPanel, h:form

When I try to open modal panel 'select_image' I get unknown javascript error in
IE. In firefox it works correctly.
If I remove <h:form> from the modal panel in test2.xhtml it works in both IE
and firefox without javascript errors.
