1. Create a template for the new skin using Maven build and deployment tool
2. In the root folder of Maven project run the following command:
mvn cdk:add-skin -Dname=testSkin -Dpackage=package
3. Than run:
mvn clean install
FAILURE: BUILD FAILED.
