There are some problems with contextMenu in the tab without content.
1. Create page with content:
<rich:tabPanel>
<rich:tab id="tab1" label="First>
<rich:contextMenu attachTo="tab1">
<rich:menuItem value="This is
popup for contextMenu" />
</rich:contextMenu>
</rich:tab>
<rich:tab label="Second"></rich:tab>
<rich:tab label="Third"></rich:tab>
</rich:tabPanel>
NOTE: You can use that example without attachTo attribute, result will be the
same
2. Run application and verify displaying tabPanel
FAILURE: left, right and bottom borders for first tab are not displayed,
context menu can't appear
