fileUpload: "Uploaded Files Info" panel doesn't became cleared on demo
application page under Opera 9.51.

Step 1. Navigate on the Rich Input -> File Upload page;
Step 2. Click on "Add" command button;
Step 3. Choose any file wich have in weight less than 100 kb;
Step 4. Initiate upload process.
Step 5. Click on "Clear Uploaded Data" button.
Actual behavior: only fileUpload popup list is cleared. "Uploaded Files Info"
panel isn't cleared.
