Give default values to eventsQueue/requestDelay/ignoreDupResponses

I've seen the lack of using eventsQueue/requestDelay/ignoreDupResponses cause a
lot of grief for Seam users, without these attributes when using a:support and
tabbing fast one gets "conversation ended, timed out or was processing another
request". Is there a way to give those three attributes a default value, then
allow the user to override as necessary.
