Tanya, I've fixed original bugs according to this issue. Please group next
issues explicitly and fill them
1) For the State Manager API (Rich Miscellaneous) in the Tag Information tab
GraphValidator information displays. Is it right?

2) For Plug'n'Skin component tag information can't be loaded ("The information
from this tab is generated and incorporated in the richfaces-demo.war file with
Maven process. The target page is located under /WEB-INF/tlddoc folder.
