Form field not submitting with EL in opened attribute

Is this supposed to be fixed for facelts also? I am using richfaces version
richfaces 3.2.1.GA but I get same behaviuors.; the session bean methods in
opened not being called.
Furthermore, with EL in opened tag, the form fields within the toggle panel do
not get submitted either. The setter methods for fields do not get called.
