Try to execute following steps:
1. Expand and select "Unsorted" folder
2. Select any picture in the right dataList
3. Drag and drop it to the "Unsorted" folder of tree
FAILURE: picture was deleted from right dataList (ERROR), but it has "Unsorted"
folder as parent node in the tree (it was moved at the end of nodes list only)
