I have recently upgraded to richfaces version 3.2.2 and have found that the web
application parameter org.richfaces.LoadScriptStrategy seems to have no effect.
If the parameter is set to NONE or ALL the richfaces javascripts are still
loaded at the component level. This feature worked correctly in 3.2.1.
