Summary: Introduce File Multi-Select Ability in JavaScript Mode of

Description:
It would be nice to have the ability to enable file Multi-Select Ability in
JavaScript mode of the Rich:FileUpload component. Our end-users are requesting
this. The multi-select option is available in the flash mode of the component
but not currently in the JavaScript version. For tactical technical and
support reasons we will not utilize Flash in our application.
