ModalPanel: switching on scrolls breaks resizers behaviors

Just thought I'd report to you a small but quite annoying problem with the
RichFaces ModalPanel component when rendered in Internet Explorer.
If you resize the panel by dragging the lower right corner with your mouse, you
get stuck - I have not discovered any way to stop resizing. The only thing you
can do is close the browser and start all over again.
Everything seems to work fine with FireFox, and resizing in IE works OK when
dragging the right edge or lower edge of the panel. But dragging the lower
right corner in IE gets you completely stuck.
Fortunately, this is not something that our users attempt frequently, but they
are not happy campers if they do stumble across this behavior. If there's
anything I can tell them about when this might be fixed, they will appreciate
it.
How to reproduce:

The code below reproduces the problem when run in Internet Explorer. Same
problem in versions 6 and 7 of IE.
