Styles are not rendered using RichFaces 3.2.2 with Spring WebFlow/Facelets

I have a Spring WebFlow project with Facelets on Tomcat 5.5.25. With RichFaces
3.2.1.GA everything works fine. When I change to RichFaces 3.2.2.SR1 none of
the styles are rendered and the page is just text with links. I have a sample
war file with a tabbed panel that I can reproduce the problem in my environment.
