The problem was in in loading tinyMCE scripts on xhtml pages in Safari and
Mozilla Firefox 2.0.
Following javascript error not allow Editor to render:
"Value undefined (result of expression document.write) is not object."
To avoid it we add tinyMCE parameter 'strict_loading_mode : true' to default

You can override this parameter for Editor using configuration property file or
using f:param child.
strict_loading_mode parameter is described on
