Summary: need to correct oncahnge handler (was: need to provide real
oncahnge callback.)
Description: In current state we could not use support or jsFunction in
order to submit the changes. Only poll or command components could be used to
submit outside. (was: Need to rename current onchange to oneditorchange and
add new oncahnge attribute which will able to handle any change inside the
editor (keyup, toolBar buttons events and etc..)
Without such handler we could not use support or jsFunction in order to submit
the changes. Only poll or command components could be used.)
