#1. Add dataFilterSlider(DFS) on page.
#2. Add rich:toolTip following way:
<rich:toolTip id="toolTipID" for="dfsID"
showEvent="onmouseover"></rich:toolTip>, where dfsID- id of DFS.
#3. Navigate to the page and make mouseover component's handler.
#4. Verify toolTip appearence.
Actual behavior:
toolTip doesn't appear.
