Hi Nick,
I'm the person that posted the original problem to the forum. I just tried it
with the fiddler tool and it still looks like it is re-fetching all the scripts
from the server. Is there any sort of report that I could get from the fiddler
tool that might help? I've also seen reports in the forum where people say they
don't see the progress bar move during an upload (even for a very large file).
I see the same behavior in my case - the progress bar never seems to move
during the upload process, it just jumps up to 100%.
