In accordance with standart behavior:
InplaceSelect without controls:
after selection any value and pressing tab key selected value should be
displayed in the input field (now this is not the case), component should have
changed State and focus should move to the next control taking into account
z-index
InplaceSelect with controls:
after selection any value and pressing tab key selected value should be
displayed in the input field (now this is not the case), component should have
Edit State and focus should move to the next control
