Fix For: 3.3.0
When load strategy is ALL, user could define customCSSPack, customJSPack
(names of the generated common js/css files ) context param in web.xml.
Framework should look generated css and javascript files in the classpath or in
the application and use it instead of ui.pack.js, skin.xcss, framework.pack.js.
