Onchange event will not fired in the inplaceInput if user sets value which is
equal to the last submitted value.
See steps:
1. Go to the page with inplaceInput component, set any value ('testValue') and
click Submit button.
2. Modify value (add, change or delete some characters), press Enter (or
activate another component)
RESULT: Onchange event fired
3. Modify value again: set 'testValue' string, press Enter (or activate another
component)
FAILURE: Onchange event wasn't fired
