FileUpload: AJAX polling problems

1. Size polling should continue if the first request returned undefined even if
there's no custom markup for label.
2. Size polling should obey interval set for progress bar (or the new attribute
for customization can be created).
3. Sometimes I see progress request happening in the same time as size request.
