comboBox: showDelay and hideDelay attributes don't work

1. Set showDelay="5000" hideDelay="5000" in rich:comboBox.
2. Click on button attached to input box of rich:combobox component. --> Popup
appears immediately.
3. Click out from the component. --> Popup disappears immediately.
Expected result: Popup should appear and disappear only through the 5 seconds.
