#1. Navigate to Panel->Look Customization richfaces-demo tab.
#2. Apply dark-X skin.
#3. Verify perception convenience of panel headers.
Actual behavior:
Headers font-color similar to blue, headers background-color(for dark-X skin)
similar to blue too. Therefore text in panel headers is difficult to understand.
