1. Open the application.
2. Go to the Register page.
3. Enter existent Login and Password. Click Register button. --> "User with
this login already exist" message is appeared.
4. Change some information and click Register button again. --> Nothing
happened.
Expected result: New information should be saved. User should return on the
Home page.
