Combobox dropdown button briefly has an enabled style while it's disabled.

When I put a couple of comboboxes on a form and disable them before loading its
button seems to be enabled at first, giving it a slight glitch. It doesn't hurt
functionally but users keep asking me why it's happening and think it's broken
somehow. Fixing this would make it look a lot more professional!
