Proposed to change the behaviour of disableDefault attribute for
componentControl to next one:
1) if the attribute not set (lets read it as auto) we will make it true by
default if the event oncontextmenu used and false in all other cases.
2) if the attribute set - use its value.
point 1) It makes the behavior of attached contextMenu and component control
driven one consistent. And it will make component control organized menu
creation easier.
