If user does something wrong, error pop-up window should apparear.
It should has the following pattern: "An error occurred" - head of the window;
warning yellow sign; error message which contain necessary information for
users (for example, "You must specify where to execute the search"). It
shouldn't contain a message like "Error occur during request:", because it is
not necessary information for users.
