1. Open the application.
2. Go to Register page. --> Male radio button is selected, male image is
present in Avatar section. It's ok.
3. Select Female radio button. --> The image isn't chaned in Avatar section.
4. Click out of radio button. --> Male image is chaned to female image.
Expected result: The image in Avatar section should be changed after user
selected corresponding radio button.
