Current implementation of rich:calendar makes an attempt to load labels for
Apply, Close, OK, Clear from Messages Bundle and then from predefined
org.richfaces.renderkit.calendar bundle.
There need to be a mechanism of reading labels from Resource Bundle described
in faces-config.xml.
Required for internationalization.
