realworld/Register: The application allowes to select .png file for Avatar but 
doesn't open it

1. Open the application.
2. Go to Register page.
3. Click on Change avatar button. -->  "Upload file" window with the list of 
files has appeared. It's ok.
4. Select any .png file and click on Open button. --> "Upload file" window has 
disappeared. The state of Avatar field is not changed.

Expected result: The application should not allow to select .png file for 
Avatar.
