PLEASE fix this issue and RF-6615. We are running into all kinds of problems
richfaces and jquery. We have an in house Jquery based ui library that we use
for our JSF apps and non JSF apps. RF's use of jquery is conflicting with our
ability to independently upgrade Richfaces and our in hour jquery ui standard
libraries. Giving RichFaces' jquery its own namespace will help solve many of
the coupling issues we have today.
