Right-aligned text in menu items from context menu

In some cases, it is desired to to add right-aligned text to context menu
items, in addition to the normal text. The position of this right-aligned text
would have to be similair to the position of the expand icon of menu groups.
Nested components are rendered inside the <span> text element of the menu
items, thus making it impossible to align properly. There is no facet available
for this functionality.
