PDF version errors

It's necessary to fix the following format errors of PDF version:
- the images are blue blurry, seems due to resolution, check the reason
- some screens don't fit the document, make some verification during guide
building in order to avoid the problem in the ready-made doc or at least inform
the person who is building about this problem
- some screens become larger then they are in HTML, they need to keep the
actual size
- some page headers are cut
- some page header are center-aligned when the others are left-aligned which it
correct.
- lot's of uninformative warnings come during PDF version generation
