I am also getting this same exact issue. My tree is also in an a4j:include tag
and has a form surrounding it. If I open the IE 8 developer tools and put a
breakpoint on line 10 and examine the "form" local variable, there is no
"elements" variable, so it causes the "'elements' is null or is not an object"
error. What it help to provide a concise example of issue with all the files
needed to build it?
