We need to have a basic readme.txt file with instructions for using RichFaces
4.0. Should include what to add to web.xml, libraries that are needed, and how
to add namespace for VDL/jsp pages.
This should be a very simplified getting started - how-to. It would also be
good to list the current components that are available.
