I have an application that works with weights in kilograms with 3 decimal
places. I would be like to use the InputNumberSpinner, but I am then unable to
work with the decimals. The up and down buttons would increment the integer
part of the number, leaving the decimals intact (incrementing 4.543 would give
5.543).
