Allow the default expanded behavior to be controlled via backing beans
properties. Currently, the nodes are closed when the page is initialized and
collapsed during subsequent refreshes. It would be great to allow certain
nodes to be expanded when the page first loads, and to retain state across page
refreshes. Both would reduce click demands of the user. Thanks.
