progressBar status bar not updating when maxValue changes

see forum post. checked within RF demo.
progress bar updates it max value in script fine (after it reaches 100 and
maximum already changed to 150 it continues polling). But the bar itself shows
full on reaching 100 value and only after the value becomes larger - its
redrawn with new max.
