ContextMenu: Hide the menu when the user clicks somewhere else on the page

Description of current behavior:
The RichFaces ContextMenu component correctly hides the context menu after a
certain hideDelay (as documented here
http://docs.jboss.org/richfaces/3.3.1.GA/en/tlddoc/richfaces/contextMenu.html).
But the menu does not hide before the delay when the user clicks somewhere else
on the page.
Problem:
In user testing, we found that many users expect the menu to disappear when
they click on an empty spot somewhere on the page. But they find this does not
work as expected.
Suggested improvement:
Provide a way so that a context menu is automatically hidden when the user
clicks somewhere else on the page (i.e. when the user clicks any html element
that is not associated with the menu)
