Currently, a4j:commandLink and a4j:commandButton only support ajax requests
which might not work if javascript is disabled.
Thus, user who have stricter security in place or search engine robots can't
follow those links.
If would be good, if both aj4:commandLink and a4j:commandButton would support
ajax as well as non-ajax request, e.g. by using the Hijax approach
(http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=789762).
