For every Ajax request, the page is rerendering and before completition, it is
corruply rendered for several miliseconds.
It can be reproduced simply when you are on the right platform (mentioned in
Environment), but I cannot reproduce it on Firefox (2-3.5) on Windows nor IE7
or IE8.
I will attach screenshot, where you can see one of the corruptions caused by
switching TabPanel.
But it is possible to reproduce bug also with Rich:Tree.
