Extendeddatatable rendering problem after context menu is opened

When clicking on the context menu on a column, the context menu opens. Instead
of clicking a menu item, if I re-click on the context menu button, I get some
of its contents rendered on the bottom of the extended datatable, right after
all the rows.
The issue appears in IE7, FF3.6, and have managed to reproduce it in the demo
page (see attachment) with both browsers.
