1) Process interfaces() attribute.
2) Move code that process attributes to the separate class that can be used
with any annotation that generates classes with JSF attributes.
3) Rewrite SourceUtils class to avoid double conversions of the
ClassName/TypeElement.
4) code cleanup, write JavaDoc comments.
5) write unit tests for recently added features.
