The point of this jira, is to let QE know that development of a component is
complete, and that they can complete any test prep/updates they need. This
would include things like updating test-apps, adding to test plan for release
etc....
This is not for the actual testing of the component for release.
This subtask should be broken out as its own task, and not be directly in the
parent.
