Description: Rename distribution artifact to something like
richfaces-distribution (was: Currently, dist/pom.xml uses variables to define
project artifacts versions and maven-dependency-plugin to unpack binary
distribution content. Tasks to improvements:
1) use bom projects to define dependencies.
2) rewrite assembly descriptor to use only maven-assembly-plugin for
distribution.)
