The labels of the rich:fileUpload component are not showing german letters
correctly. Fore example the tag addControlLabel provides the possibility to
specify the value shown with the add-Button.
By upgrading from 3.3.2.SR1 to 3.3.3.Final the german letters are no more
correct. It shows fore example the ΓΌ as ü
