Currently we have 4 classes used in ordered list
rf-lst rf-olst rf-lst-i rf-olst-i
I propose to keep only
rf-olst and rf-olst-i
The same for other types - specific classes only.
It's not a big deal for the user to define them comma-separated in his CSS. But
it will gave less HTML output in this particluar case where we have limited set
of classes to redefine(just 4 ones.)
